UK Awards for Allied Health Professionals & Healthcare Scientists
Please read through all the steps before starting your awards entry. We suggest you prepare your submission question answers offline before making your submission online:
- Go to https://gatehouse.freestyleeventservices.com/public/default.asp?event=407
- Register your details to create an ‘awards account’ (there is no obligation to enter after registering). If you have registered or made a booking with GateHouse in the past you may already have an account.
- Select the category you wish to enter
- Complete the contact details for your first entrant (all correspondance will be sent to this entrant in the first instance)
- Complete contact details for your second entrant (if appropriate) and counter-signing manager
- Complete the four / five questions on the online form, observing the word counts. We suggest you prepare your answers offline and then cut and paste onto the website.
You may download the awards infosheet with details of submission questions here - The entry system will timeout after 30 minutes, so if you choose not to prepare your answers offline in advance, you should work swiftly
- Confirm and submit your entry. You may not return to your entry, submission is final.
- You can use the entry link again (https://gatehouse.freestyleeventservices.com/public/default.asp?event=407) to submit new projects in other categories
- You must submit your entries before 5pm Thursday 19 January 2012
